Should you wish to dilute with water, you can. Just be sure to pour some product out of the original container and mix in a separate clean container and use it within 24 hours.

Do I need to dilute earthbath® shampoo before using?
No. earthbath® is very mild and is blended to be used full strength.
What is the pH level of earthbath® shampoos?
The pH level of earthbath® shampoo is 7, which is geared towards a more alkaline concentration. This is because dogs’ skin tends to be pretty sensitive!
Does earthbath® have a tearless shampoo?
earthbath Ultra-Mild Puppy Shampoo and Hypo-Allergenic Shampoo both feature tearless formulas (yay!).
What earthbath shampoo can I use on my cat?
All earthbath shampoos, with the exception of Dirty Dog Shampoo, are safe to use on cats and kittens over 6 weeks old.
Why can't I use earthbath® Dirty Dog Shampoo on my cat?
We don't recommend using earthbath Dirty Dog Shampoo on kitties as one in one million cats are allergic to orange oil. (Also, cats don't usually like the smell of orange oil!)
Can I use earthbath® Conditioner as a leave in conditioner?
We do not recommend using our conditioner as a leave-in conditioner.
What should I do if I get shampoo in my pets' eyes?
Please flush the eye with warm water immediately. If any symptoms of eye swelling are visible, be sure to consult your veterinarian right away.
My dog got some earthbath® Shampoo in her mouth. Do I need to call the vet?
Our products are made of natural and non toxic ingredients. Ingesting small amounts of shampoo by drinking the bath water or in the process of rinsing the shampoo should not be a problem.
