earthbath® Facial Wipes have a stronger blend of botanical extracts and natural cleansers in order to clean all of the hard to reach surfaces in the face, while earthbath® Eye Wipes contain boric acid, which works as a natural cleanser and antiseptic for the eye. While both are safe to use near the eyes, you should avoid using them directly in your pet's eyes.
