Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed online?Updated 2 years ago

We process most orders within 1 business day. If it has been less than one business day since you placed your order with us on earthbath.com, it's possible we can still help you change your order. Please contact us right away at (415) 355-1166, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. 

If you placed your order with a third party online retailer linked from our site, please contact that retailer so they can assist you with any order changes.
