Tea tree oil can be harmful to pets if it's used in full concentration or ingested in large quantities. We use less than 1% of tea tree oil in our shampoo, which is then diluted to an even smaller percentage as you're washing your pet. When used properly, tea tree oil is beneficial to your pet’s skin and coat and safe to use.
